Are you open on holidays?

We're open every day, 11 AM to 9 PM — including most holidays. If we're ever closed for a special day we'll post on Instagram and Google.

Do you have vegan or dairy-free options?

Yes — all our fruit-based paletas (mango, fresa, limón, tamarindo, sandía) and most aguas frescas are dairy-free. Our sorbets (like mango) are vegan. Ask in store for the full list.

Can I order delivery?

Do you do catering for parties or quinceañeras?

Absolutely — we cater birthdays, quinceañeras, weddings, baby showers, school events, you name it. Visit our catering page to send us the details and we'll quote you back fast.

Yes — credit, debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Whatever works for you.

Free parking in our lot on Arrow Hwy, plus plenty of street parking on the side streets.

Are your paletas made in-house?

Every single one. We make them by hand in the shop using real fruit and family recipes passed down through generations. No syrups, no concentrates, no shortcuts.

Are paletas gluten-free?

Our fruit-based paletas (mango, fresa, limón, tamarindo, sandía, coco) and water-based paletas are gluten-free. Some cream paletas with cookie or churro mix-ins are not — ask in store and we'll point you to the safe options.

Do you have any nut-free options?

Most of our paletas and ice creams are nut-free, but we do prepare some flavors with nuts (nuez, pistache) in the same kitchen — so we can't guarantee zero cross-contact. If you have a serious nut allergy, please ask the staff before ordering.

Do you have indoor seating?

Yes — we have indoor seating, plus a bit of outdoor space for warm days. Family-friendly, kid-friendly, and big enough for a small group to hang out after a soccer game or school pickup.

Can I order in advance for a party or group?

Yes — give us a call at (909) 904-6125 at least 24 hours ahead for large group orders (paletas by the dozen, ice cream tubs, big aguas frescas). For full catering setups (paletero cart at your event), use the catering page.

Are you family-owned?

Yes — we're a family-owned Mexican paletería rooted in Pomona, run by the Viteri Family with recipes passed down through generations. Every paleta and scoop comes from our family kitchen, not a corporate supplier.
